Plan Your First Cold Plunge & Coffee Experience
Our warm team provides support during your cold plunge sessions to ensure that you have an elevated experience from initial immersion to Arctic Advocate. We offer single and two-seater cold tubs for you to dive in solo or with a plunge pal!
After your cold plunge, lounge in one of our luxurious bathrobes as you sip on your custom-crafted beverage. This unique blend of cold water therapy, cozy comforts, and a curated concierge experience will help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated before easing back into your day.
Your first visit is only $25 and will include rental neoprene booties & gloves, plus a warmed towel & robe. You will also get a free coffee or tea to enjoy post-plunge as a thank you for diving in with us!
First Time?
Don’t worry. Our team is trained to support your first cold plunge. We will help you breathe, relax, and settle into the tub.
What to Expect:
- Check-in with the chill concierge team and place your drink order
- Learn about cold plunge & practice breathwork techniques
- Don a pair of our rental neoprene booties & gloves that help with the chill
- Rinse off in the shower
- Dive into a 2-3 minute cold plunge with a trained cold plunge coach
- Dry off with a heated towel
- Wrap up in a warmed robe and enjoy your drink at the coffee bar
Plan to spend at least a half an hour with us on your first visit to learn the flow of our Cold Plunge Coffee House. Once you have your first cold plunge orientation, you’re able to “dip and dash” at your convenience with our unlimited membership, plunge packs, or drop-ins.
