Arctic Bath & Coffee is located at 4619 4th Street N. in St. Petersburg, FL. There is a parking lot for the plaza, as well as street parking behind the building.

We're open to guests every day but Sunday. You can enjoy the baths and beverages during the following hours:

• Monday & Wednesday 7am-2pm & 4pm-8pm
• Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 7am-2pm
• Saturday 8am-2pm

Extended hours are available exclusively for our members. Freeze Fam, log in to your member portal to view your 7-day access schedule.

Walk-in sessions are sometimes available, but we recommend that you contact us ahead of time to ensure we have a bath and cold plunge coach ready for you when you arrive (especially if it is your first visit). You can also book cold plunge & contrast therapy visits online.

Wear a bathing suit, athletic gear, or other clothing you feel comfortable getting wet. Some guests prefer to bring a change of clothes for after the plunge, but others like warming up in the Florida sunshine or in our heated robes at the coffee bar.

Arctic Bath & Coffee provides a complimentary set of neoprene booties & gloves and a towel & bathrobe for your first experience. After that, it’s only $5 to rent the set or you can bring your own towel to heat in our towel warmers.

Ages 12+ and younger teens are welcome to enjoy the experience with a supervising adult, and we love hosting plunge parties. Discounted family rates are available.

We ensure our cold plunge experiences are as safe and clean as possible. Our tubs are equipped with sea salt sanitation systems that comply with Department of Health standards, and we are proud to have certified permits for our cold tubs & operations.

If you have a chronic health condition or medical concern, please check in with your physician about the safety of cold plunge therapy for you individually before booking an experience.

Yes, the cafe makes your cold plunge experience a whole outing. Our wrap-around coffee bar serves specialty coffee and tea. Taste the menu or savour your favorite drink as you enjoy the energizing nature of the post-cold plunge experience. Whether you are coming for coffee, cold plunge, or a combination of the two, we are excited to chill with you.

We serve a variety of ethically and sustainably sourced coffees and teas. Our coffee is roasted right here in St. Petersburg, and you can choose from bold brews or calming teas to match your energy that day.

The Arctic Bath & Coffee owners also own HOTWORX St. Pete right next door, a 24-hour infrared fitness studio with 10 infrared saunas. Sauna drop-ins are available, as well as a Fire & Ice membership for you to enjoy contrast therapy.
