Membership dues are prorated on the date of purchase, and membership dues are processed on the 1st of each subsequent month. There is a 3-month minimum commitment to this membership. While we hope you enjoy cold water immersion with us indefinitely, our parting policy is easy. Simply let us know 10 days before your next bill date that you need to freeze or cancel your membership, and we can process either option immediately with you in person.
